Tes going through the rather helpful tutorial to understand the basics of how skateboarding works in the game. Being a fan ESO Service of Tony Hawk's games and only really going to American Wasteland when I'm in a skateboarding mood, Skate was a big change for me.


I'm still adapting, but making good progress.There's not really a defined plot in Skate, so you're left to make assumptions - it's basically about your character getting into an accident and slowly regaining his ability to skateboard, and rises through the ranks to make a name for himself. Decent enough, but the gameplay makes up for what the game lacks in story structure.I found myself yearning to do what I can to make money so I can buy clothes to further customize my character.


I'm a little disappointed with the customization - it seems to be lacking, but this is just the first game in a trilogy, so I'm sure in Skate 2 and Skate 3, they changed a few things here and there. I appreciate the large handful of brands to choose from when it comes to purchasing clothes, shoes, and decks and wheels for your skateboar.
