Which is pretty hilarious when you think about it.SoulofWakanda I agree with you. There is so much going on and the show Elder Scrolls Online Gold performs better when they have one narrative and explore it. I think Marvel is trying to use variety to their advantage with AoS, but it just ends up being messy most of the time.
RynerLute I wouldn't say I dislike AoS, I just wish it was so much better than it is. Marvel created this entire universe, a universe I like and I am impressed with, but AoS seems like the odd man out. I keep watching, like I said, because I don't want to miss out on that aspect of the MCU, but it's not destination viewing for me.
I don't think AoS is a bad show anymore, it's just not anything creative or spectacular. It's really a series of Marvel OneShots spread out over two seasons and just like those OneShots, it gives you a cutesy little story with people you are familiar with, but doesn't really add anything of substance to the greater MCU.
As much as Marvel has invested in AoS, especially financially, it would have been nice to have said AoS made a mark on the MCU. Unfortunately, it hasn't. Marvel would have been better served releasing AoS on a limited scale, like Agent Carter, or as webisodes or actual OneShots.RynerLute Thank youtheoriginalbdubAgreed, you just can't get locked in to the show sometimes because whenever you think they're gonna progress on one narrative the very next week they jump to something you didn't even care about before, and then continue the process the following week until you're just confusedAnd yea so basically, Agents of Shield should be on a smaller scale such as a miniseries like theoriginaldub said.
